We ate crêpes every day we were in France… no judgement. We had good ones, okay ones, and ones that we didn’t finish. So naturally, when we arrived home, I knew this was one of the recipes I was going to adventure with. Armed with a traditional crêpe making kit (from Amazon-link below) I froze. Why? Because making crêpes is an art form (you’ll see a real artist making one in my video). And, while I’ve made crêpes before, I am no crêpe artist. But by the end of this video, I nearly nailed it… I think (don’t burst my bubble).

And best yet, I made these GLUTEN FREE! Oh yes, it was fantastic. This recipe works perfectly with regular flour as well. You can also make this dairy free.

A crêpe or crepe is a type of very thin french pancake. There are usually two types of crêpes: sweet and savoury. They are served with a variety of fillings, from the simplest traditional with only butter and sugar. But I am using Nutella, bananas, and whipped creme. Yum!
