Absolute Delight next up I’m trying the prown and pomelo salad it definitely did have the prown and pomelo also some tent coconut lettuce and this beautiful Tamarind and palm sugar dressing lastly we have patrani slipper Lobster served with black Dal and Nan patrani is a popular fary delicacy the green color

Marinade or Chutney is made with coconut green chilies mint coriander and garlic the slipper lobsters coated in this patrani marinade wrapped in banana leaves and then steamed the highlight of my meal here was the Ashi paron and the pra and pelo salad anyways if you want
