Hint of game on the palette it has Cherry blueberry and hints of minerals you can pair this wine with many dishes because of its complexity and here are a few grilled or smoked salmon chicken dishes duck or gy foul because of the gy notes we actually paired this with baked chicken wings

With a stuffed mushroom side it was amazing especially with the mushrooms M should be enjoyable to drink when I do a rating I look at the color the aroma the palette and overall quality this is a wonderful wi and reasonably priced too I give this wine a 92 Cheers so Good
