I am thinking about shaping them like bread bowls for soup. French Bread is a little more challenging for me as the dough is kneaded initially for 10 minutes then 4 times in the first hour of rising before letting it rise double once, then again after the loaves are shaped. French Bread also needs to be baked with steam in the oven. We’ll see how these loaves turn out. I’m using my Aunt Matilda’s recipe from Mom’s handwritten recipe book.
