Quick and easy one pan pork and asparagus dinner with its own delicious jus.

Pork is often enjoyed at the family table in France. My mum likes making a delicious creamy sauce from the juices in the pan. I will certainly cook that for you one day too.

Today I am keeping to the simple flavours of a really good quality piece of meat and enjoying the rapidity of this dish made in around 20 minutes.

I have served it with crushed new potatoes.
