In this house tour we take you west of Calgary to a one-of-a-kind French modern architectual style property built by Baywood estate homes located in the highly sought after development of Morgan’s rise this breathtaking home features five bedrooms eight bathrooms and just under 10,000 ft of living space We Begin this tour through the

Oversized solid South American walnut wood Door all right welcome inside this standing home we are standing in the foyer where you have a closet on this end and a closet over here Additionally you have white oak floors here but probably the best thing about this entrance right here is this open to

Above feet Fe so like you can look down here and see who’s coming in the house I actually notied there’s a few of these open to blow areas in this home there’s a lot starting over here come here we have the first floor office now in here

You have the open to above feature as well so right up there this is open to an additional office so there’s two offices stacked on top of each other so we can technically just talk to each other and get things done throw some papers down that you need to sign yeah

You can just fold it up into a paper plane toss it down to me I’ll sign it I’ll toss it back up CU why use docy sign when you have this open to blow exactly of course you got Florida ceiling glass lots of natural light so

This is a great office to get things done and to my right we have another door here that leads you to the semi-detached garage with an arched drive-thru to the Courtyard where you have an additional three garages around the corner you have this circular wood staircase that’s surrounded in stone and

Middle and then to my right we have a coffee bar and a powder room all right and you know we’ve done a lot of Tours and this is something that we have not seen in a house yet and that is an open space from the upper level to the bottom level

So you can literally talk to anybody on any level similar to the office which is kind of nice because it’s a big home but at least you can be connected in that way right you can also have a big party and have everyone connected too and I

Mean check out this fireplace from the ceiling to downstairs I mean that’s something we have yet to see also we have lots of natural light here look at those glass windows there that bring in light to every single level here and that also brings in light to the kitchen

Come with me cuz this thing is Beautiful so the kitchen is outfitted with J Pro appliances of course to my left you’ve got the fridge and freezer double stacked ovens then in the corner here gray Cabinetry very very warm and inviting it is but it also does contrast some of this white it does and then

Check out this backsplash so this is actually recycled from an old building and that building was somewhere where I don’t even know but it looks cool you can actually still see some of the old paint on there you do know one thing what’s that you have the open shelving

Usually you see wood Beam with drywall ceiling they actually reversed it and they do drywall beans with wood ceiling so you actually get more wood coverage on your ceiling it actually looks nice yeah the ceiling definitely warms things up in here it does because you do have

This white quartz countertop that is 26 ft long waterfall edges illumination don’t forget that with the extra storage it is illuminated there but to wrap up the kitchen we do have this bar seeding Island that Jets out to the Romeo and Juliet style balcony that overlooks the

Basement and I guess upstairs as well hey I do notice that the fireplace this island here that Jets out and the fan all line they actually do align cuz that is perfect symmetry Baywood estate homes well done let’s go check out the dining space entering in the dining room you’ve

Also have a bar fridge and a dishwasher but probably my favorite thing I actually like this right here check out this faucet it’s kind of got that plumbers look to it makes me feel like um I don’t know maybe I got to play Nintendo again you know go in some like

Pipe portals oh the Mario Bros yeah you know what I’m talking about yeah but if you want to chill a little bit more maybe you don’t want to have a drink or you just want to sit on a couch you would do that right over here between these three Pillars so not only are these pillars great for kind of separating both rooms you can also put a couple little items in there that uh make it feel like home if you know what I’m saying you got a big couch fireplace three Windows here that bring in more natural light into

The space and you also have patio access here to my right so you can take in those Mountain views speak of views Mike we’re finally at the top here looking all the way down yes and it is bar it’s gu it’s a little you know I mean if

You’ve got a fear of heights you might you might get a little upset stomach but it might be a little bit better that you have this sturdy railing here and what you’ll notice is there’s no posts other than this guy in there so it keeps that

Clean modern look to it I do like that I didn’t even notice that until you just said that I mean take a look how how long that is usually you would have posts you know every couple feet there but uh we’ve got to check out three additional bedrooms here starting with

This one right here to my right so you would think this is a primary Suite but it’s not it’s big it has double closets also its very own bathroom but it’s kind of a different bathroom it’s almost a Jack and gel but it doesn’t connect to another bedroom but out to the hallway

Here so if somebody’s at the bar or living space you can just close this and you can have a shared bathroom all right Jaden now have you heard of a fast food laundry room well I’ve heard of a fast fast food restaurant but not a laundry

Room come with me now this is something that you probably haven’t seen before most people haven’t and that is a fast food laundry room and I’m standing in right now so what I’d like you to do is I’d like you to pick a door either the

Left one or the right well I do like having options at a restaurant so what’s behind door number one welcome to Good Burger home of the Good Burger can I take your order so this is the fast food laundry room so this is what I’m talking

About so what would happen is the parent would clean the clothes for the kids put them on each self and then what would happen is the kids when they want their clothes they would would go to their specific shelf to pick it up and you

Have two sides here so you do have two sides so do have LG washer and dryer and a sink so I mean this place is pretty cool I haven’t seen that before and I kind of like it I mean it’s the first one I’ve seen before but now let’s check

Out this kind of a games room for the kids I would say place where you can probably put up a TV maybe get get some vids going you do have the vaulted ceiling so it’s a nice little space and we have two more additional bedrooms here now let’s go

And check out this one cuz I think it’s the smaller of the two bedrooms I mean does it feel like it you got yourself a walk-in closet lots of space again vaulted ceilings lots of Windows and your own bathroom so I mean this is most people’s primary suite and in here it’s

Would be a kids’ bedroom not that small at all it is not but if you want a bigger one and probably one of the biggest ones up here that would be right through this bathroom so we got another Jack and Jill type bathroom that leads you to this

Bedroom now does this look like a bedroom for a kid vaulted ceilings one thing that’s different is you have your very own patio Additionally you got I mean enough room for a king-size bed in here and the only reason why I think this would be a kids room is because it

Has a secret little cubby well not really a secret but what the Builder did is instead of just closing the wall off drywall they had space there so they put a door in there so you can actually put some more stuff in there perfect for like hockey bag we’re in Canada but you

Do have more space in this closet you do so you got two more closets here one thing that’s cool about these closets when you open the door the light turns on and I mean check out that space you even have this shelving here floating from the middle all right now let’s head

To the lower level and entertainment space so an entertainment space wouldn’t be an entertainment space without its very own Cinema that’s quite the entrance for your own theater it is do you need tickets to get into this thing I know you probably but let’s go check

It out well wait a minute are you watching Spider-Man or Back to the Future uh if it were my choice I would be watching Back to the Future of course so let’s go this is actually a very cozy movie theater you’ve got couches instead of you know those little theater seats no

Thank you you also have 9.2 futureproof surround system so I don’t even think it’s out yet and you also have your little snack bar there so you got a sink fridge and uh tasty little snacks now this is the perfect theater room it is but we’ve got more to see down here all

Right what makes this basement so special is it’s kind of got this uh European Street Scene to it you’ve got a cinema over here to my right and then to my left you’ve got like this Cafe this old French cafe little picturesque window with wine there where you can

Taste I mean this is kind of different it’s Unique but you’ll notice something familiar and that is this staircase here so this is the same staircase that was right by the kitchen there Stone All Surrounded in there so that leads to the kitchen but where does this lead over

Here that leads to the dungeon I’m joking it’s just a little spot under the stairs where you probably want to brew some wine with rembrand or throw some bad people in there too lock up you could you could the kids’s been bad maybe put them in there for a couple

Days so the cafe needs somewhere to store their wine and that would be right here you’ve got yourself a 200 bottle wine room so if you thought the wine roomstairs was cool take a look at the size of this one this wine rack is a little bit

Different than most and you can only put the bottles in the holes one way because what happens is oh boy that would probably fall down and your wind’s all over the floor so you got to make sure you put it in the right way and it’s angled up perfectly that’s pretty Sleek

Home we’re making it to the fireplace that we saw nearly at the start of the tour but that was from way up there so maybe you’re having a drink and you don’t want to sit at the bar you do that right here right beside this this massive fireplace now the Builder

Requested that we go and take a look at this property from this corner of the house and let me tell you it looks crazy so what we’re going to do is we’re going to take the camera so that you guys can see what the Builder told us to look at
