Let’s try Hong Kong French toast I saw this on an Uber Eats menu and I didn’t even know this was a thing okay I think this is better than the Rocks French toast if you smell what The Rock is cooked I’m definitely having this on my cheat day

So let’s spread some peanut butter on milk bread and on the other bread we’ll put some sweet anded condensed milk and now just close it up slice off the crust let’s crack one egg whisk and let’s coat the bread on all sides now let’s get a

Pan on medium heat with plenty of oil and Fry until golden brown and last D on some butter and more sweet and condensed milk oh the peanut butter shines right through and it’s so buttery and fatty honestly this is like a more cheat version of The Rock’s French toast it’s

    As a Hong Kong citizen, I confirm that this is what every person in HK love to eat, it’s called 西多士in Chinese and we usually put melted butter on top, pour syrup on it and put peanut butter inside. My personal favourite is to pair it up with some red bean drink
