Hello! Today’s recipe is super easy and duper tasty. Although I’m using bread flour here, you can use all purpose flour too. Also, I would prefer to rinse the raisins prior to mixing to prevent coloring the dough. If you would like to have a very crunchy crust, then omit butter.

Do make sure to mix the dough well. Let it rise for 90 mins. How fast 90 mins passed in a video. In fact, I’ve done the laundry and prep ingredients for dinner. OK this part is simple. Cut to 8 pcs. Now, we simply form a bun and roll it to shape.

Please pardon me for my clumsy hands. It might not look nice now. But after it rise for 90 mins. You’ll see…. Plump and fluffy! Powdered some flour and make a cut in the center. Bake it at preheated temperature of 220 degrees Celsius for 20 mins. Beautiful isn’t it?
