This is a great lobster pasta recipe because you will taste the lobster’s freshness, the sweetness of the wine, and the unctuous pasta. Take a piece of french baguette with you. You’ll need it.

📌 Ingredients for 3 people
2 cooked lobsters, take out the meat carefully
500g dry pasta
600g of fresh tomatoes or one can of chopped tomatoes
2 shallots, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
30 to 40ml of white wine
15ml of honey wine(optional)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bunch of flat leaves parsley
2 tblesp of salt

📌 Cooking steps:
Lobster and tomato sauce
1. Heat up the cooking pan; add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2. Add the chopped shallots and fry for a minute until the edges turn into a light brown color
3. Add the chopped garlic into the pan and fry for 30 seconds
4. ⁠add in the chopped lobster meat and fry for 1 minute
5. ⁠add the white wine and honey wine and fry for a minute
6. ⁠add the chopped tomatoes, cover the lid, and cook for 3 minutes. Add 1tsp salt

📌 Boil the pasta:
Boil 2.5 liters of water, add 1tsp of salt, add the dry pasta, and boil for 7 minutes.
Take out the pasta, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle some chopped parsley. Add the lobster sauce on top of the pasta and serve.
