Ingredients: Feeds 6 to 8 People
For Sauce:
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Al Purpose Flour
4 Tablespoons either Whole Milk or Coconut Milk
2 Cups Strong Chicken Stock
2 Teaspoons Granulated Garlic
2 Teaspoons Onions Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Salt

For Stew
2 Whole Chickens- Cut into 8ths
Salt and Pepper as needed
1 large Onions- Sliced
8 Cloves Garlic- Chopped
2 Pounds Red Potatoes- Cut into large Bite
size pieces
1 Cup Dry white Wine (Chenin Blanc)
2 Cup Chicken Stock- added immediately after you ad the wine
1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
3 Medium Carrots- cut into 1/4 ‘” sticks
1 Red Pepper- Cut into bite Size pieces
1 Yellow Pepper- cut into Bite Size Pieces
1 Head Cauliflower- Cut into Bite Size Pieces
2 Teaspoons Dried Rosemary
2 Teaspoons Dried Thyme
