Good morning everybody and happy holidays and welcome back to my Channel or if you’re new here welcome I’m so glad to have you my name is cat and I am a flight attendant with a major US Airline so we are about to work a 3-day trip that I am so excited about y’all

Would not believe how I got this trip so basically I got on the tradeboard because a London was dropping and I was trying to be really quick to pick it up because for these long hul International trips that usually only sit on the board for 1 to 2 seconds but unfortunately I

Was too slow but then when I refreshed the page all of a sudden Paris was on there I have never clicked the button so fast to get Paris because the last time I was actually in Paris was last year around Christmas time and I completely

Fell in love with the city it gave me a new appreciation for it so I started getting ready and then rushed over to the airport obviously the weather was terrible and then once I got there I had to get all signed in and get through

Security and got on board but did I also mention Matt is on this trip what are the odds so we got all Christmas out and then started setting up the galley and our carts getting ready to work so then we worked a 10-hour flight all the way

From DFW over to Paris the flight was actually really lovely the whole entire crew had me cracking up they were so funny and then once we got there we took the shuttle over to the hotel and I was just getting all the Parisian feels like everything was coming back to me about

How gorgeous the city could be in the winter time and then once we got to the room this was my room right here has a little coffee bar with a fridge a closet and then this is the bathroom and then when you turn back around there’s a desk

Where I put all my stuff has a big old bed and then of course we had to play the game is there a view so I went over to the window and the view was fine it’s like of a cute little Courtyard nothing crazy nothing bad and then I started

Getting settled in unpacked my stuff and gotten some pajamas and then I had to warm up the room because it was absolutely freezing in here and we decided that we were going to take a nap first because we actually got here are so early in the morning so we wanted to

Get a little sleep in bonjour from par was that close at all no okay I feel a little bit better after getting a nap but like I could for sure keep sleeping this bed those pillows so comfortable London who because that that bed I’ll be honest like I I love my

London layovers and stuff but that bed is not comfortable in London you yeah you like guacamole but as soon as I rolled up into this thing it was nice that was so nice I brought my hair extensions and I think I’m actually going to put them in so

Maybe I will start down here our plan today is it’s a little bit like half planned half not planned which I kind of feels the best way when I’m traveling that’s that’s kind of how I like to do it I like to have like some ideas in mind of potentialities is that

Correct also I I don’t know what’s happening we’re just going to we’re going to live left let it be right now it’s 1:47 and the Meetup time is going to be 2:30 for me Matt and Tiffany who is another flight attendant that’s here now Matt also had some friends that were on

The flight as well now they’re staying quite I just I just dropped my airbrush way away oh on um they’re staying actually like quite a bit aways away from us I don’t know why that was so weird my brain is still like waking up I know they have

Some errands and stuff they wanted to do as well as like get rested so I’m not exactly sure at what time they’re going to be meeting up with us I know the Christmas markets are going on which I did them last year in this video I did I

Mean there’s a there’s quite a few of them but I loved it I loved it because I’ve said this before but you know I was always under the impression that the city of of Paris is a wee bit overrated quite a bit overrated um but the trip last year around Christmas time

Completely changed my mind I truly understood what the hype was about with Paris I got it in that moment because I feel like a lot of times like Paris is seen as this beautiful romantic City and you know all the times I had been here I

Was like I I don’t know where y’all are getting this impression from because like it’s definitely it’s definitely not always like this but then last year when I came and it was just all beautiful with the Christmas Market it was wintry the Eiffel Tower all of that I found the

Romance in the city and it really gave me an appreciation for Paris that I just did not have before I do know that we’re going to run to the grocery store all my flight attendants already know it is notorious for flight attendants to buy butter here like the butter is fabulous

Like you’ll see them buy other things and I like to ask the French speakers and stuff like what do you like to buy and one of them said that there’s like a really good mustard here and stuff but butter everybody has known to get their

Butter here now I was told by like the crew members that if you’re bringing stuff like wine and olive oil it doesn’t they don’t care as much as small liquids I don’t know why that’s the case cuz like I it’s kind of like London where your like small liquids need to be need

To be in a bag like this but I guess like they they care less about larger liquids like they still have to like come out of your bag and be scanned London cares about all liquids equally all liquids are very important over there whereas here I don’t know I have

No idea but we’re going to just follow suit all right and I feel like that’s good just gives us some extra length and we’ll just style it all collectively together I’ll also link these down below if anybody’s looking for some hair extensions um I just got mine on Amazon

I know Matt keeps talking about C cpes keeps talking about Crepes and now I want a crepe and I’m just like girl that’s that has gluten in it but I’ve also heard on the flip side that a lot of people who can’t eat gluten in the

States can eat it in Europe have yall heard anything about that I’m a little bit scared because I’ve already been flaring up I’ve been trying to to actively treat my wrist I don’t know if you can see it it looks so much better than it did it was it was touch and go

There for a minute it was getting a little scary but um I’ve been putting tiger bomm on it which a lot of you guys guys when yall saw this video with me and Ally y’all are like love that stuff anywh who um what was I talking about

I’m R is still asleep anyways I’m going to go ahead and use my T3 and I will style my hair I think I’m just going to kind of like Loosely style it and then I’m going to do my makeup get dressed and we’re oh oh it was the Crepes it was

The grapes yeah have y’all heard anything about this cuz I don’t know but now I want Crepes and now I’m like do I do I risk it all cuz I’ve already been play or not so what do I do you guys I wish I had like a live poll on YouTube I

Going to use my my T3 and we are going to be styling my hair and then also I’m going to do my makeup get dressed and we got to get downstairs in in 35 minutes so once I finally got myself together I met up with Tiffany

And Matt and we decided to do some grocery shopping while we were waiting on his friends to join us so we grabbed a bunch of different groceries I’ll show you later and then came back to the hotel to drop them off of the fridge before we decided to go back out and go

Over to a cafe while we were still waiting on his friends we went to a place called Lake Castle I believe and I loved the atmosphere I thought it was so cute so I ended up getting a cappuccino which was absolutely delicious and then the waiter recommended I get the creme

Brulee because it was gluten-free so so Tiffany and Matt split a crepe and then we all split this massive crem brulee before we ended up walking over to a Christmas Market now this Christmas market is called Village day Noel by the Eiffel Tower we went to it last year and

It was stunning it was one of my absolute favorites and there’s tons of different like stalls with different things so the first thing I did was stop and get some hot chocolate which was the perfect little warm drink because it was so cold outside and then we kept walking

Around there’s tons of chocolates tons of foods with a lot of German influence like the spatel here as well as the worst which smelled so good but the best part is actually the view of the Eiffel Tower and then you can even see it when it’s sparkling and it gets dark in

Europe so quickly at like 4:00 so you really get to experience like all the lights and that stuff for an extra period of time which is nice and then we decided to walk over to the Christmas Market across the street now this one is more of a Swiss Christmas Market and

Last year when I went here it was absolutely packed but for some reason this year was empty I don’t know if it’s just because Christmas was only a day or two away but there’s still tons of stuff lots of food and then we ended up standing by the fire just chatting and

Here’s Matt doing a little Habachi Habachi chopping and then Matt’s friends ended up leaving us but we were hungry so we walked back over to the other Christmas Market and ended up getting some worst because it had smelled so good and so I got some fries with some

Worst and some peppers with mayo ketchup and mustard the mustard is very strong but ultimately it was all so delicious oh hello you guys guys can y’all tell it was raining again just like in Amsterdam it is just not not my luck with the weather I’m like dripping oh no my

Camera battery is about to die let me change this real fast okay how is that I ended up just changing and took see does it does it not roll oh it doesn’t so I ended up just just changing and taking the extensions out and stuff it is freezing out there and it’s

Raining so it’s like super super cold I don’t know if you guys can see it but do you’all see this like my eyes were watering so bad just because of how cold it was like I think this lash is barely staying on at this point but what a fun

Day you guys I had a blast like right now it’s 922 so I feel like we we did a lot of stuff in like that amount of time and so I’ll show you guys what I got cuz I got a couple of things here and then a

Couple in the fridge I’ll show you so the first thing I got were these glutenfree crack I don’t know if they’re going to be any good I was actually looking for a baguette for um some of the stuff I have in the fridge that I’ll show you but they didn’t have any gluten-free

Baguettes and I did stick to gluten-free I didn’t have a crepe or anything I also got some glutenfree chocolate chip cookies we’ll see if these are any good and then I just got a bag of chips I already opened them and had two because you guys when I saw these I was like

These are the most French looking chips I’ve ever seen like look at this bag this bag is is giving these chips are better than any chips you’ve ever seen before like these are the chips um I don’t know what the flavor is I think it’s like a three cheese flavor if I’m

Not mistaken I’m pretty sure that’s like what Fage is plus I I had one cuz I originally I thought they were just plain potato oh dumb I guess there’s a picture right here um cuz originally I had some and I thought they were just

Plain and then when I ate it I was like this isn’t plain like I think it’s cheese but they’re they’re pretty good and then I picked these up for a chip I think he’s going to love them so Chip is a big sucker for having like a cookie or

Something with his coffee in the morning so I’ve learned personally that if I don’t get chip something sweet he’ll start taking my gluten-free stuff so we got to we got to get him something of his own but look how look how cute these are so I picked him up that and then

I’ll take you to the fridge so you guys when flight attendants go to Paris it’s very well known amongst each other that this is the kind of butter that we get this cell dear and it has to be the Cristal I’m I know I’m butchering this

Which I guess is a sea salt butter everybody Raves about this people bring a bunch back they say this is like the best butter ever like flight attendant are known for bringing so much of this butter back so I got one for me I got

One for my sister my dad and my mom so everybody gets their own little butter and then I got this little salami and cheese to eat on the flight so this is what I was looking for a gluten-free baguette for so I could put it in the

Flat attendant oven and have a sandwich but I’ll probably just have this with crackers or something and then I also got a cheese to bring back as well but also besides just the grocery store we ended up going over to a pharmacy really fast because I was looking for this

Stuff the red tiger bomb that chip was recommending and I don’t know if this stuff is just like so strong or if it’s just like a Parisian thing but basically you can grab it right off the counter and go to the checkout but when I was checking out the guy that was like

Ringing me out had to ask me like a bunch of questions he was like are you pregnant I was like no that he was like what are you using it for and I was like I have rato arthritis and then he was like okay and and he was like saying

Like oh okay like that’s good like this is good so I’m excited to try that out but anyways this was like a great layover it was fun it was exciting it was like nice just hanging out with like really cool people um and also it was nice that it wasn’t like too crazy

Because you guys the holidays are holidaying because as soon as we have to fly back tomorrow I’m going to have one day off on on December 24th so on Christmas Eve which I already have to spend that with my family so there’s a lot to do on that day and then the next

Day I fly back out again on Christmas day so so we are definitely going to be busy I’m also going to be trying to pick up a trip on New Year’s I don’t know if it’s going to work or not work because there is 200% pay so Christmas Eve

Christmas Day and the day after Christmas as well as December 30th and then January 1st so all of those are 200 % pay days so I don’t know if people are going to be dropping stuff because of the 200% or I don’t know so I guess

We’ll have to see cuz I am going to look for a trip so we’re definitely we’re going to be busy you and I y’all y’all better stay tuned because I’m going to be trying to fly a bunch on top of putting videos out and then next month

For January is my Reserve month so we’re going to be starting Reserve together but I was also thinking I would love y’all’s opinion I was thinking too about doing a couple of sitdown videos and refilm about tips for being high a lot of like training tips and things like

That because I know that a lot of the airlines are about to start hiring and about to start doing training and stuff cuz usually in the new year that’s where a lot of it starts happening so let me know down below if that’s that stuff you’re interested in and I think also

To pack most of this up so we don’t have something too crazy in the morning take my makeup off and then I guess I’ll start winding down and I will see you guys bright and early in the morning Night good morning you guys I’ve been up since 4:30 I think that’s actually my long arm I’ve actually been up since like 4:30 in the morning I don’t get the best sleep at work most most of the time just because I’m like oh no like am I going

To miss sign in or I don’t know just weird stuff but you know what’s like really funny I actually had I had this thought when I was like just sitting in the bed it was like the most French thing to happen yesterday but whenever we were at the little cafe

And we were getting like a snack like just the the crepes with the crem brle and coffee just kind of like a little pickme up so the creme brulee showed up he had just brought one spoon because originally I was the only one that was supposed to eat the creme brulee but we

Didn’t know it was going to be like so massive so I was like oh no everybody has to has to help eat this and so Matt took his Fork because they only had a fork in knives and he only brought me the spoon and was like trying to eat the

Crem Brule with the fork and when I tell you poor Frenchman came out of nowhere and immediately brought a spoon it was like use the spoon you don’t use the fork you use the spoon I could not stop laughing like that just lingered on my brain I

Was like that is TR and truly like the most French thing ever that was so funny Matt you Heathen why would you put your fork with your little Fork marks into the creme brulee it’s definitely going to be a a full flight and we were actually on the Boeing 787 900 which

It’s been a minute since since I’ve worked this usually when you do like London or something else you’re on the trip 7 300 and even as of late they’ve been doing a little bit of the 200 the service is a little bit different like where the flight attendants are and all

That stuff it’s it’s different than the trip 7 so when I first got on I was like okay I got to I got to get my mind right you always have to like prepare for whatever you’re going to do I am going to get first choice of break though

Though and like going back home I always like being on first break originally I was actually supposed to be position four on this one which works business class which I prefer normally business class to to main cabin but because Matt was in the back I was like oh let me try

To see if I can work the aisle with Matt cuz me and Matt are a really good team like we are on it when it comes to to service like we just do really well normally I do I do the meal C and Matt does the beverage cart I got toothpaste on my Shirt Hello you guys so we are back I had a little cappuccino I’m going to just start packing stuff up cuz we have 30 minutes so I’m just going to be uh walking and talking but um they didn’t really have anything that I could I could eat which is okay I’ll probably

Just bust into um stuff at the grocery store but they had a bunch of pastries and I was like you know who loves pastries chip loves pastries so I got him three of them I’ll go ahead and open it and show you guys I don’t know if

He’s going to have all of them but like the next day is Christmas Eve so whatever he doesn’t have I’ll just take over to my family so I got him oh I wish y’all could smell this oh it smells so good so I got him a croissant and then

The one he’s really going to going to want but I want to give him some options because he also went out of his way yesterday to go um pick up my medicine for me at the pharmacy because once I get back they’re basically going to

Close the pharmacy so I won’t be able to get it any other time cuz I’m only going to be home for one day before I got to go back out so he very nicely picked that up for me so I wanted to get him give him a few little things also I
