👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/3 cup (90g) Orange Blossom Honey flavored Yogurt
1 large egg
2 teaspoons orange zest
3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Powdered sugar for dusting finished madeleines

Instructions
1. Spray madeleine pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized bowl whisk the egg and then add the sugar. Whisk vigorously until light and fluffy.
3. Add the yogurt and continue to whisk until pale yellow and foamy.
4. Sift flour & baking powder into the yogurt mixture. Whisk gently to combine.
5. Add the orange zest and stir to combine.
6. Add melted & cooled butter to the batter and mix until thoroughly combined.
7.Cool the batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
8. Scoop the chilled madeleine batter into the prepared madeleine pan.
8. Bake for 14-15 minutes in a 350F preheated oven until edges of cookies are golden brown.
9. Remove the cookies from the molds and allow to cool on a wire rack.
10. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
