Following a french onion soup recipe but never really adding any liquid I added some wine but I cooked that off so that doesn’t even count then I took this soupless french onion soup and put it on a sandwich with some mayonnaise Dijon mustard guer cheese monster cheese and

Then I toasted it oh and of course I do love an excuse to bring out a blowtorch so I decided to blowtorch some more cheese on top of this so it would look a little bit like a french onion soup too
