• 1 oz gin
• ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 3 oz sparkling wine

Directions

Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
