This is essentially one of the most popular and delicious salads in the world but in Sandwich form it’s called pan B which in French means bathed bread which in English sounds like a dope name for a rapper you need a large crusty piece of bread for this remove those

Bready innards we’re going to hollow it out to give us room to fill the sandwich with Mediterranean ingredients so this is essentially a salad Nissa coming from niss France which is you know just a place right off the Mediterranean in the south of France and classically it features a highquality canned tuna pack

In olive oil but we’re also going to add some Anchovies and sardines today because uh well CH boil is a fend for the fish notice how I’m layering in more vinegarette every so often that’s for a reason we’re going to wrap this whole thing up tightly in plastic then squash

It by weighing it down with a heavy pot and or pans this will both consolidate the ingredients so we can actually bite into the sandwich and allow the bread to absorb all the juicy good good from the ingredients and the vinegret

  1. Reminds me of a Muffalata (sp?) I had in New Orleans… except the filling was more like Italian lunch meats. It was good!

  2. Sorry, I don’t wanna sound random, but try to narrate your tone up and down. It would create a more depth to it. Thanks

  3. Bro wtf are you on about, "Pan Bagnat" definitely ain't fucking French words. In French, it would be "Pain Baigné"

  4. Not bad at all my good man… Pain not pan..
The bread is softer though, half-way between a brioche and bun/bap in the UK..
I reckon it's the use of milk instead of water in the making of the loaf..
    Excellent content.
Bons baisers de France mon ami 😉 🇲🇫
PS: you're right when you say it's a salad in sandwich form..
In bakeries you can get chicken ones, ham…always with hard boiled egg, lettuce and all the trimmings..👍🏼
