French onion soup anyone melt butter to caramelize the onions add onions to large pot and sauté with the butter stir every 3 to 5 minutes prevent burning add garlic and sauté for like 2 minutes add flour and sauté for an additional minute stir the wine to the
Glaze the pot always use a wooden spoon add six cups of beet Breo Worster Shear sauce fresh thyme one bay leaf stir to mix cook soup until soup reaches simmer slice baguette and toast in the air fryer while the soup is simmering and cover and stir remove sprigs of thyme
And bay leaf add pepper and salt to taste pour soup into bowls top the bowl with a baguette slice and your desired amount of cheese place an oven broil 2 to four minutes remove from oven and ready to eat
