This is Italian bruschetta Bruce Keta um it’s a classic rinse and dried tomatoes then cut them into small Dice and add them to a bowl then season with extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegar salt black pepper some fresh basil leaves then if you really like garlic

You can add some fresh crushed garlic in the mix mix well with a spoon until all ingredients are well combined let marinate at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes in the meantime cut the bread into slices then arrange on a baking sheet on a single layer and toast

It in the oven with a broiler function it’s only going to take a couple of minutes then if you want your bread extra crunchy turn it around and toast it for another minute then when the bread is ready brush it with garlic while it’s still warm now top each slice

Of bread with a couple of tablespoons of the Tomato mixture arrange it on a serving platter easy right guys don’t throw this away this is the best part get a piece of bread dip it soak it um oh man crazy

  1. Comment section – Italian cuisine is so this and that…..(it is, I don't have any hard feelings) but…

    Indian cuisine: Hold my cup….😉

  2. I make bruschetta with roasted
    peppers.
I dress peppers with Olive oil salt black pepper a squeeze of lemon juice. Chopped parsley
A whole clove of garlic just to give it the flavour leave it aside for as long as possible for the flavours to take. I remove the clove of garlic before placing peppers on the bread.

  3. I personally remove the tomato skin first, preferably just have tomato flesh, remove skin and seeds, and leaving it to marinate is nice too, for some extra flavor. But this is a good start

  4. Broiler function? What's that? Isn't that a function to both boil and braze or something? Do you mean grill function? Do you want me to toast the bread under the grill? It looks like it. 🤔
