SpaceX’s Dragon cargo capsule undocked Tuesday with Bordeaux wine, snippets of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines and other science research. The capsule is aiming for a splashdown in the Gulf of Mexico off the Florida coast Wednesday night. (Jan. 12)
