Imagine succulent tender beef slowly simmered in a rich red wine sauce this is slow cooker beef bergon now I think this classic French recipe is made for doing in the slow cooker the beef becomes exceptionally tender and it absorbs these beautiful flavors from the herbs and the garlic and the red wine

For cooking during the week to be honest it’s one of my favorite slow cooker beef recipes and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and this is exactly how you make it right the prep for this is really easy all you need to do is just quarter
Up two onions you could use red onions or white onions peel and roughly Cho three carrots and then for bacon medallions you can either buy these or you can justy by normal smoked bacon and just remove the fat from it and then chop up nice and small heat some oil in
