Ingredients:
milk
eggs
peanut butter’salt
butterscotch/vanilla extract (Optional)
butter
bread

Directions
Step 1
Cut off the crust from the bread
Step 2
Spread peanut butter over the bread and make a sandwich
Step 3
Whisk together milk, eggs and vanilla extract and salt in a large bowl.
Step 4
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Step 5
Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve hot.
