Hi, my name is Tess Muthoni, and here is how I make my delightful french rice.
Ingredients;
Rice
Green peas
1 Red Capsicum
3 Carrots
1 Onion
Black soy sauce
First, boil your rice on a different cooking pot.
On a skillet, pour 2 tbsp of oil, add onions and peas; let them cook for 5 mins on low fire till you achieve a brown coating.
Add sliced carrots and stir; add a serving spoon at a time of rice as you stir; add soy sauce. Once you’re done mixing them together, add sliced capsicum mix, cover and put off your fire.
The meal is ready in 5 minutes.
