  1. Only 1.30 hrs to brown onions? I must be doing something wrong 😮 my onions take three days minimum without stirring on very low heat.

  2. I bought a French Soup truck set at Homegoods years ago. There was a recipe that came with the crocks that I use every time, it’s that good.

  4. Remember to toast the bread before putting it on the soup. It will absorb the soup better and won’t turn to mush.
