* 4 pieces of chicken: chicken breasts, legs, thighs…
* 250g (9 Oz) of bacon
* 250g (9 Oz) of mushrooms
* 2 to 4 carrots
* 1 onion
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1 small liquor glass of cognac
* Olive oil
* 1 nugget of butter
* 1 tablespoon of flour
* a few Peppercorns
* Aromatic herbs (bouquet garni): thyme, parsley and bay leaf
* Salt and pepper

PREPARATION: 20 minutes.+ marinate overnight
COOKING TIME: 2 1/2 hours.
