Thank you for watching my third Christmas video! In this video, I show you how to make these tasty Peanut Butter and Jam/Jelly French Toast roll-ups.
I always enjoy making this French Toast because they are a fun, and delicious treat, especially during the Holiday season. It combines 3 traditional recipes: french toast, peanut butter and jam sandwich, and a crumble topping 🥰. Since I don’t make them often, they feel extra special!! The idea for this recipe came about when I had leftover crumble from another recipe I’ll be sharing with you all next year! I highly recommend trying these roll-ups if you’re looking for a dessert-like breakfast treat.

2 Slices Wholemeal Bread
1 Egg
Coconut Milk
Asda
Smooth Peanut Butter
Ground Nutmeg
Ground Cinnamon

150g sieved Plain Flour
80g Light Brown Sugar
100g Unsalted Butter
Rub until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, and bake in a preheated over set to 190°C for 15-20 minutes
