FRENCH TOAST-
3 eggs
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
6 slices of brioche bread
ghee for frying
for caramelized bananas
1 banana (sliced)
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ghee
