French Onion Patty Melt 🍔🧅🔥
Made a French Onion Pinwheel not that long ago and everyone said I should make it into a melt. So, here you go! Caramelize some onions over the fire, then make a thicker version of French Onion Soup with the onions. Smashed some burger patties and melted cheese and onions over the top. Serve with the broth from the soup for dipping and you’re in heaven. So fricken delicious! Recipe is on the blog linked in my bio. Cheers 🍻
