My version of „Boeuf Bourguignon“ or Beef Bourguignon. My first time to try this recipe which turned out good eventhough it differs from original recipe originated from France to be exact in Burgundy. A beef stew braised in red wine. I added the usual bacon similar to so called breakfast bacon, without bouquet garni just chopped parsley. Maybe you like to try this version, just check on my weblog for exact INFO.
