2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Cumin seed
2 chopped green chillies
4-5 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 medium size Onion
2 medium size chopped potatoes
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp roasted peanut powder
1 medium size tomato
½ tbsp garam masala powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Pinch of Asafoetida
Salt as per taste
