These French Pav Bites with Nutella nd Nolen Gur are surreal. You can make the syrup with jaggery or use maple too. I love the idea of just using whole pavs stuffed with a jam of your choice ot nutella of course. These are just perfect for a movie night or Sunday binge with your family or friends. Nutella stuffed French Pav Bites
Slice pavs as shown
Pipe Nutella generously
& sandwich each pav
Crack 5 Eggs
3tbsp Castor sugar
1/2 cup Milk
Cinnamon or Flute?
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Whisk everything well
Soak the Pav in the egg mix
& toast them in butter
from both the side till GBC 🔥
Melt 60g Nolen gur
Cook till thickened slightly
Dust icing sugar onto the pavs
& pour the Nolan gur syrup
