Notes: The vineyards are located on the foothills of granite mountains overlooking False Bay, between 200 and 350 metres above sea level. The soils contain decomposed granite which is relatively shallow and stony with a clay base. Malolactic conversion took place in stainless steel tanks before being matured in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels of 225 litres for 12 to 14 months.
