The french word of the day is “vin blanc” for white wine.
Recipe :
14oz of beef steak
1oz of butter
1 medium size onion
1 large size carrot
8fl oz of white wine
3tbsp of tomato purée
1 bouquet garni (a mix of thyme and bay leaves)
A bunch of washed and chopped parsley
