Poached egg on avocado toast recipe
Today I am going to show you how to make one of the tastiest and easy breakfast. Avocado toast with poached egg. A perfect poached egg, fresh avocado on crusty toasted French bread. Many of you must be facing difficulty to get the perfect shape of poached egg. In this video I am showing you how to get the beautiful poached egg done. This egg has the beautiful shape outside, but inside still runny. So, let’s do it……
Ingredients
Bread slices (I have taken French bread, you can take any bread on your choice)
Butter
Well ripped avocado
Eggs
1Tbsp Vinegar
1Tbsp lemon juice (This is for one avocado)
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper for the last decoration
Crushed nuts on your choice. I have taken walnuts (this is optional)
Finely chopped greens. I have taken parsley. (This is optional. You can use any toping. I suggest some bacon slices)
