The food at the Indulge Food Hall at the newest NCL Cruise ship, Norwegian Viva, is very good. It is worth a visit to try any of the different offerings.
This is a new venue that we first saw with the launch of the first Prima class ship, Norwegian Prima. It features an array of global offerings that will satisfy every craving with 7 eatery options and 2 dessert options. It is like an elevated food court where everyone can find something to eat.
It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
It offers a wide range of dishes cooked to order, delivered fast and hot, and – the best part – at no extra cost. It’s an add-on option as a quick service that is included in the fare for Norwegian cruisers.
Dine around the world with cuisine from India to Italy to Latin America and more. With both indoor and outdoor offerings, you can eat (and drink) at a table, bar, or hammock, and enjoy your fill of specially curated food and cocktails. The eateries are The Garden, Tapas, Seaside Rotisserie, Texas Teasers, Noodles, The Latin Quarter, and Tamara. And to end your meal, there is Just Desserts and Just Ice Cream, and Cocos, which is an extra fee offering.
For breakfast, there are several options such as fresh fruit, muffins, oatmeal, dry cereals, egg and ham croissants, and smoked salmon.
For lunch and dinner, you can find several options to satisfy most cruisers. The garden section has lighter fare offerings such as spinach Cesar salad and French onion soup
From noodles, you can enjoy the pesto gnocchi, which is really good,
From Tapas, you can get some small bites such as crab bruschetta.
From the latin quarter, why not try the guacamole or a very tasty tuna tostada.
From seaside rotisserie, start your meal with tomato and cucumber salad or have some lamb sirloin.
From Texas teasers, the chili from the lone star state is very good. Or you can have a delicious pitmaster platter.
From Tamara, enjoy chicken tikka masala, naan with cheddar and fresh peppers, and see how the naan bread is made.
This is a wonderful addition to the lineup of eateries on Norwegian cruise line, we are very happy that it is available on the beautiful new viva ship from NCL.
