Our last session before a lengthy hiatus and we’re going all out in the most famous of wine regions – Bordeaux! We’ll be trying two different sub-regions on the left bank, Margaux and Pauillac. Our right bank will be from the St. Emilion and, to end both the night and our running streak perfectly, some Sauternes from Graves.
