WEEKLY WW MEAL PREP | 3 RECIPES (French Toast Bake, Bagel BLT's & Apple Cider Muffins)!!

Happy Meal Prep Monday!!!! I have 3 recipes to share with you as well as I made the Skinny Kitchen Ranch again!! YUM!!! I hope you enjoy! xo

FRENCH TOAST BAKE:

SKINNY KITCHEN RANCH:

BAGEL BLTT:
1 Western Bagel
2 sliced turkey or center cut bacon
0sp turkey- 1 slice
lettuce
tomato
Light mayo

Toast your bagel then assemble! 5sp total!! 🙂

APPLE CIDER CINNAMON MUFFINS:
1 box Pillsbury SF Cinnamon Swirl Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Packets SF Apple Cider Mix

Set cinnamon swirl mix aside and combine all other ingredients. Mix until combined with handheld mixer. Scoop mix into 12 muffin ups. Add cinnamon swirl crumble and mix with toothpick. Bake according to package instructions.
12 muffins= 3sp each
