Ingredients for 12 persons:

For the choux pastry:
240 g all-purpose flour
8 eggs
260 ml milk
260 ml water
200 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 pinches of salt
1 egg for the egg wash

For the pastry cream:
1 l milk
150 g sugar
40 g all-purpose flour
40 g corn starch
8 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g butter
200 ml whipped cream

For the caramel:
200 g sugar
80 ml water
