Mediterranean Bliss! Finding the pairing to go with Mediterranean Cuisine
Paired a French wine with Mediterranean food. Wanna try it, check out the recipes below:
Turmeric rice:
Mediterranean meat: (I did both lamb and sausage mixture. After browning the meat I added roughly 1/4 cup red wine and reduced it before adding the spices.)
Tzatziki sauce:
Used garlic naan bread. But feel free to use whatever you would like.
This is where the fun begins…pairing seems like a scary world but it’s really not once you start to break down the components of your food and beverage of choice.
