Creole Shrimp
2 pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Celery, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Sweet Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Seafood Broth
1 Bay Leaf
1 heaping Tbsp Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
2 Cayenne Peppers, sliced
1 large can San Marzano Tomatoes, hand crushed
1 Green Onion (Scallion), sliced

In Stock pot add 3 Tbsp butter over medium heat, once melted add onions, celery, peppers. Cook until tender. Add in garlic, thyme, and creole seasoning, cook for another two minutes.
Add in 1/2 cup seafood broth, cook 1 minute and then add crushed tomatoes and split cayenne peppers, add Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaves, simmer about 20 minutes.
Add shrimp once tomato gravy is reduced; cook another 8 minutes.

Serve over white rice and garnish with scallions
