Sorbet is included in Releves. or you can write Releves/Sorbet.

be’coz if you see releve and roti are both same kind of. The only difference is releve means joint and rote means the whole bird is roasted. Means back to back two meat course. ( rote has whole bird with joints and releve means itself meat joints so thats why sorbet is added in releve .

Or you can write Rote/Releve as well
