last stop in the south of france: aix-en-provence. felt strange to come back here after 9 years. lots of ups and downs in this phase of me and my mom’s trip. there was some rainy weather and little other things but we did our best to enjoy this time together for what it is.
seeing cezanne’s studio was a surreal experience and I did have a few good thrift finds while escaping from the rain. decided to do a wine tour of the provence countryside and even took a day trip to avignon to explore the medieval castle. we may of not had the easiest time with the weather, dingy airbnb bed, and closed restaurants but we made it a time to remember !!!
