麻布でヴィンテージワインとフレンチが楽しめる「エートス」
銀座「ル・コフレ」にて勤めていたソムリエが2016年に独立し、東麻布にて隠れ家的なフレンチダイニングバーをオープンした。普通のワインではなく、ヴィンテージワインをメイン・コンセプトとし、一緒にフランス料理も味わえるバーとなっている。ワイン好きからワインがわからないお客様に至るまで、店主のソムリエが丁寧にヴィンテージワインの事を教えてくれると、お客様から好評価。
In 2016, the sommelier from Ginza’s “Le Coffret” embarked on an independent venture, unveiling a discreet French dining bar nestled in Azabu. This hidden gem of a bar passionately revolves around the art of “vintage wine” complemented by exquisite French cuisine. The proprietor, who also serves as the sommelier, has earned widespread acclaim for dedicating personal attention to enlightening all patrons, irrespective of their familiarity with the realm of vintage wine.
