Out with the old, in with the new!
Here’s some things we did:
• The foyer has been completely transformed with the removal of outdated crowns molding, door, and French doors
• Walls have been opened up to bring in more light along with quartz as trim on the new opening
• New front door, stained, with the installation of black
accent hardware
• New light fixture in the foyer along with recess lighting with dimmers
made ceiling to an even height to make way for the open concept feel
• Painted all walls, shutters, and trim
• New flooring, leveled flooring so that it is no longer a trip hazard
Installed smoke detectors as required to by city code
