One of my secrets is OUT…
Today… GOOEY, EASY… Best-ever-most-chocolatey cake recipe !! This is legit one of my favourite desserts, it’s AMAZING !!!
Ingredientsss:
-200g chocolate 🍫 (dark is ELITE)
-110g butter 🧈
-90g sugar (the browner the better)
-3 whole eggs 🥚
-60g flour
1. Brown your butter, add your chocolate chunks in your melted butter, and let them melt. (stir constantly)
2. Beat your eggs and sugars together until lighter in colour and foamy
3. Incorporate the melted chocolate/butter mixture to the egg mixture (make sure that they don’t cook lol). Mix well. You can add a little bit of espresso powder at this point (like half a tsp to a tsp, trust me) and some flaky salt (a tsp)
4. Mix the flour in until well incorporated.
5. Bake at 175°c for anywhere from 17 to 25 mins, depending on how gooey you want it
6. let it cool and DIG IN !!!
