🍷✨ AMAZING APPETIZERS AT WINE FUSION! 🍇🌟 I don’t think everyone in town realizes how good the food is at Wine Fusion Winery and that includes their fantastic lineup of appetizers. We stopped in the other day and tried a few new favorites — including their famous fries. Here’s what we had:
TRUFFLE FRIES 🍟 🧂
French fries tossed in salt and pepper served with a side of secret recipe Garlic Truffle Aioli sauce.
BACON AND JALAPENO STUFFED TATER KEGS 🥓 🌶️
Tater Kegs stuffed with bacon, jalapenos, and cheese. Topped with buffalo ranch, onion, cilantro and house made escabeche.
CEVICHE 🍤 🍸
Lime-cooked market fresh seafood, sweet and tangy sauce, topped with avocado slices served in a Martini glass. Served with stacked tostadas.
CRAB CAKES SUPREME 🦀 🍋
Crab meat mixed with celery, bell peppers and shallots, seasoned with Rougeau’s cajun spices, creole mustard, lightly breaded, pan fried and served with a lemon, garlic butter cream sauce, drops of adobo reduction.
