Potatoes of choice
Cut into desired size
Rinse 3 times in ice cold water
Thoroughly pat dry, remove all moisture
First fry at 315f until fork tender
Remove from oil, freez for for 30 minutes
Fry again at 375f until golden and crispy
Toss in seasonings of choice when fries are hot
That’s it!
