Chocolate French Toast Recipe:
Bread – 6 slices
Chocolate spread – 2 tbsp (each)
To Coat:
Eggs – 2 nos
Milk – ¾ Cup (180ml)
Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
To sprinkle:
Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp
Sugar (coarsely blend) – 1 Cup
Instructions:
1. Spread the chocolate spread on one slice of bread.
2. Cover it with another slice of bread and trim off the crust
3. Cut the sandwich into 2
4. Add milk, eggs, vanilla essence, and sugar to a bowl.
5. Whisk till the mixture combines evenly
6. In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon powder and keep it aside
7. Heat a tawa/pan, grease it with butter
8. Coat the bread in the milk mixture
9. Place it on the pan. Toast all the sides on a low flame to a golden brown colour.
10. Coat the toasted bread in the cinnamon sugar while it’s still hot
11. Serve it warm
