It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If that’s the case, wouldn’t we want to indulged and enjoy it to the fullest? Today we want to show you how to make stuffed French toast. We feel this would be an awesome breakfast to serve the morning after Christmas. Everything can be made ahead of time, just dip the bread into the egg mixture and cook it on the day of serving. Use a griddle and you can make at least 5-6 of these at once. These 3 combinations are favorites of ours… we have more if you are interested. The egg mixture is enough to make 6 stuffed French toast. The ingredients for the fillings are only enough for 1 so you have to double or triple the recipe depending on how many you need to make.
