  Ingredients :

1 cup soaked whole green moong 
1/4 Cup fresh green peas/ matar
1/4 Cup french beans
1 Green chilli
1 medium size Onion chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt according  taste
Pinch of baking soda
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil  
water

Method :

• Add soaked whole green moong, 1/4 cup matar,

1/4 cup french beans & 1chilli into mixer jar.

• Add some water. Grind it into fine paste.

• Now transfer batter into bowl. Add chopped fresh coriander, 1 medium size chopped Onion, salt according to taste, pinch of baking soda, 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Mix it well.

• Add some water if required. We eant Idli batter consistansy.

• Heat up pan/tawa.

• Spread 1/2 tsp oil and pour 2 cooking spoon batter on tawa, spread evenly with spatula.

• After couple of minutes turn and cook both the sides until light golden color appear.

Enjoy healthy, tasty, instant and nutritious dosa.
