CRÈME BRULEE FRENCH TOAST WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Butter croissants made into 1-inch pcs 3
Butter unsalted 4 ounce
Light brown sugar 1 cup
Corn syrup 2 tbsp
Eggs 5
Cream 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Vanilla custard to serve
Fresh cream to serve

METHOD :
Melt butter in a pan, add sugar and corn syrup until sugar dissolves, pour this butter mixture in a casserole dish, and arrange croissants pieces over it. In another bowl, add eggs, cream, salt, white sugar, vanilla, beat for 2 mins with a whisk, now put this beaten egg, cream and milk mixture on top of the croissants, press well and preferable leave covered overnight in fridge, bake on 180 D for 40 mins.
