French security officers have made 150 arrests during a second night of unrest, following the fatal shooting of a teenager during a police traffic stop. French President Emanual Macron has joined a number of high-profile figures in condemning the incident – which was caught on video. A police officer is being investigated on charges of voluntary manslaughter. The killing has reignited the debate over systemic racism in France.
